1. Where are you located?
We are a wedding photography and videography company based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada,
2. What services do you offer?
We specialize in wedding photography and videography, including content creation for engagements, elopements, intimate weddings, and large-scale weddings. Our services range from casual home video-style captures to professional-grade cinematography.
3. Do you travel for weddings?
Yes! We are available for destination weddings and events outside of Ottawa up to two hours away in summer and up to one hour away in winter.
4. What is included in your wedding packages?
Our packages typically include full-day photography and/or videography coverage, a selection of professionally edited images or video highlights.
5. How far in advance should we book you?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date, especially during peak wedding season. Ideally, 9-12 months in advance is best.
6. How do we reserve our date?
A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer of $250 required or to secure your date. Retainer is not included in session cost, it will reflect as an additional fee on your invoice.
7. How long does it take to receive our photos or videos?
Turnaround times vary, but photos are typically delivered within 2 weeks, while videos may take 4 weeks depending on the package and complexity.
8. Do you offer engagement sessions?
Yes! Engagement sessions are a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera and can be added to any wedding package or booked separately.
9. Can we request specific shots or styles?
Absolutely. We encourage you to share your ideas, inspiration, and must-have shots during our consultation.
10. What equipment do you use?
We use professional-grade photography and videography equipment, including high-resolution cameras, lenses, lighting, and drones (if applicable). 
Canon R8, Canon T7I, Godox Flashes & Soft Boxes, Various of Lens, Hohem Gimbal, and much more, some brand may vary if we outsource other team members for the job.
11. What happens if you’re unable to attend our wedding due to unforeseen circumstances?
In the unlikely event of an emergency, we have a trusted network of professionals ready to step in and ensure your day is captured just as planned. In the rare case that coverage cannot be fulfilled — and the circumstances are not deemed an act of God — a full refund will be issued.
12. Can we make changes to our package after booking?
Minor changes can typically be accommodated up to a certain point before the wedding date. Significant changes may require an updated agreement or increased session cost.
13. Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we can set up a payment schedule that works for you. The final balance is due before the wedding date.

15. Can I have Raw Images?
RAW files are unprocessed images designed specifically for professional editing and require specialized software to view and use. Because they include full creative control and ownership rights, they are not typically offered. However, if you wish to purchase RAW files, they are available starting at $350 per image, which includes full copyrights and image ownership.
