1. Where are you located?

We are a wedding photography and videography company based in
Trenton, Ontario, Canada, proudly capturing love stories across Southern Ontario.

2. What services do you offer?

We provide professional photography and videography for weddings, couples,
families, and events. This includes engagements, elopements, intimate gatherings
and large-scale celebrations. Our style blends relaxed, documentary-style storytelling
with polished, professional imagery — capturing real moments, genuine emotion, and meaningful connections.

3. Do you travel for weddings?

Yes! We love to travel. We offer coverage outside of our local area:

• Up to 3 hours away during the summer

• Up to 1 hour away during the winter

Destination weddings and extended travel are also available — just ask!

4. What is included in your wedding packages?

Our wedding packages typically include full-day photography and/or videography coverage,
along with a curated collection of professionally edited images and/or films, depending on the
package you choose. Full package details are outlined clearly on our pricing pages.

5. How far in advance should we book you?

We recommend booking 9–12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season dates.
Popular dates fill quickly, so the earlier you book, the better!

6. How do we reserve our date?

Your date is officially secured once we receive:

• A signed contract, and

• A non-refundable $250 retainer

Please note: the retainer is not included in your session cost and will appear as a separate line item on your invoice.

7. How long does it take to receive our photos or videos?

Turnaround times vary by package:

• Photos: typically delivered within 2 weeks

• Videos: typically delivered within 4 weeks, depending on the scope and complexity of your film

Sneak peeks may be provided at our discretion.

8. Do you offer engagement sessions?

Yes! Engagement sessions are a wonderful way to get comfortable in front of the camera
and connect with us before your big day. They can be added to any wedding package or booked separately.

9. Can we request specific shots or styles?

Absolutely. We encourage you to share your inspiration, preferences, and must-have
moments during your consultation so we can tailor your coverage to your vision.

10. What equipment do you use?

We use professional-grade photography and videography equipment, including
high-resolution cameras, lenses, lighting, and stabilization tools. Our gear may include:

• Canon R8 & Canon T7i

• Godox flashes & softboxes

• A variety of professional lenses

• Hohem gimbal systems

• Microphones

Equipment may vary slightly if additional trusted team members are brought in to support your day.

11. What happens if you’re unable to attend
our wedding due to unforeseen circumstances?

In the unlikely event of an emergency, we have a trusted network of professional creatives
who can step in to ensure your day is still beautifully captured.
If coverage cannot be fulfilled and the circumstances are
not considered an act of God, a full refund will be issued.

12. Can we make changes to our package after booking?

Minor adjustments can usually be accommodated up to a certain point before your wedding date.
Larger changes may require an updated agreement or adjusted pricing.

13. Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! We’re happy to set up a payment schedule that works for you.
The full balance must be paid before the wedding date.

15. Can we receive RAW images?

RAW files are unedited, professional image files designed for advanced editing and require specialized software to use.
Because they include full creative control and ownership rights, they are not typically offered.
However, RAW images may be purchased starting at $350 per image, which includes full copyright and image ownership..
