I’m a story-driven photographer and filmmaker capturing weddings, couples, families, and meaningful life events with authenticity, emotion, and heart.

Our structured booking process ensures:

  • Your date is fully secured

  • Clear communication every step of the way

  • Legal protection for both client and photographer

  • A seamless, professional, and stress-free experience

Serving couples and families across Ontario and beyond, The Tied Vows is committed to preserving your memories with clarity, care, and cinematic storytelling.

  • Your experience begins by submitting an inquiry through our website or contacting us via social media. During this stage, we confirm availability, review your chosen photography or videography package, discuss your vision, location and preferred date.

    This step allows us to fully understand your needs and ensures your session or wedding photography coverage is tailored to you.

    Once details are aligned, we move forward with securing your date.

  • Once your session details are finalized, we send:

    • A detailed invoice with secure payment instructions

    • Your Service Agreement outlining expectations and protections for both client and photographer

    • Your official session confirmation invitation via Google Calendar

    To reserve your date, a retainer is required:

    • Weddings & Films: $300 retainer

    • Portrait, Family, Engagement & Event Sessions: 50% of the session total

    Your session is fully confirmed once:

    • The retainer is paid

    • The service agreement is signed and returned

    • The Google Calendar confirmation invite is accepted

    This ensures your date is exclusively reserved and protected.

  • On your session day, we focus on capturing authentic, emotional, and timeless imagery while guiding you through a relaxed, natural experience.

    Your remaining balance is due at the completion of your session and can be paid using the same secure method as your retainer.

    From quiet, intimate moments to milestone celebrations, every detail is captured with intention.
